Thank you for choosing Wave Health. We stand by the quality of our massage chairs and are proud to offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all eligible purchases.

✅ What’s Covered:

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:

Motor & Electrical System

Frame & Structural Integrity

Leather Upholstery (manufacturing defects only)

Remote control functionality

❌ What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear

Water or moisture damage

Misuse or abuse

Damage caused by improper installation or modification

Cosmetic damage not affecting function

📄 Warranty Requirements:

Valid proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation)

Warranty is valid only within the United States

Coverage applies to the original purchaser only

🔧 How We Handle Warranty Claims:

Depending on the nature of the issue:

We may send replacement parts free of charge

We may request that the chair be returned for repair or replacement (shipping at customer’s expense)
